Shawn: Yes, there was normally regular telephone access from 8am to 11pm.

JM: What types of charges applied for calling people?
Shawn: The phone charges were expensive either collect calls or prepaid account calls.

JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Shawn: No, calling cards were not available.

JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Shawn: Yes, your calls were screened by Marion County Jail personnel.
