JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Shawn: Visits were normally twice per week for thirty minutes.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Shawn: Yes, the visitors were required to be there one hour in advance in order to visit an inmate.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Shawn: The visits were on a television monitor and very impersonal.
